HOW TO USE IT

Two sides, one big surface

Use the flat face for daily chopping, board-to-pan transfers and plating. Flip to the juice-groove side for carving roasts, slicing tomatoes or anything that releases liquid, and the channel catches the run-off before it reaches the bench. CARE

Hand wash, dry, oil

Not dishwasher safe. Wash by hand with warm soapy water, then dry standing on edge so air reaches both faces. Never soak it or leave it wet. Oil it periodically with a food-safe mineral, olive or walnut oil to keep the acacia sealed and stop it drying out or cracking. Treated this way, an end-grain board lasts decades.
