What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be happy with their purchase. If it's not right, let us know and we'll work with you to sort it. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days for a refund — return postage is on you unless the item is faulty or not as described. Sale items and gift cards are excluded.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. Personalized or engraved items are typically final sale.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in Yangjiang, China - known as the 'Capital of Knives' with over 1,400 years of knife-making history. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and fair value.

Regular Post costs $14.95 and takes 2–5 business days. Express Post takes 1–2 business days and is calculated at checkout. Orders placed before 12 noon Brisbane time (AEST) on a business day are dispatched the same day. We email your Australia Post tracking number after dispatch.
