this is a stylish and functional cheese knife, yes, its expansive and do you really need a 67-layer cheese knife? I wanted to have a clean set displayed.
my only dig is that my old Tupperware cheese knife was a bit better at slicing hard cheese like vintage cheddar maybe due to a finer serrated blade with more open sections, the same cheese tends to stick to this blade a little.
but I am happy and it looks the part and feels nice.
great knife .the handle is a little short for a mans hand as the heel of the blade is pointed and have knicked my finger a few times.still very happy with the knife
Honestly very impressed with the quality of the knife , as a chef who is very fussy with his knife selection I gotta say its 100% worth picking one up
im no chef but these are beautiful. this is my fist knife set ive ever bought apart from cheap ones .more than happy
Really great knife, looks wise and use. It's light but sturdy. This is also one of the few that is affordable, you get something really nice for your money. The engraving makes it personal, a piece to hold onto for many years.

Super super sharp and very low maintenance a quick swipe of the steel after consecutive use and it’s back to razor blade sharpness!
The wooden handle is elegant and smooth, the blade cuts very well, the length is great, the only downside is that the knife is quite light. I like my steak knifes to feel a bit hefty
Had no idea, but the inside of the knife sheath is magnetised so its all held in place! Looks great works great

This is a nice butchers cleaver, looks great, well made and well finished . Has a good weight and length, the edge is perfect for cutting through bone, probably 25 deg per side. Not for slicing carrots or sweet potato.
Goes through chickens like butter.

I can’t lie this knife does exactly as advertised. It’s sharp light weight and can definitely cut. I might choose a different colour other than black as it does leave little finger prints. Apart from that can’t complain at all. Great product would recommend.
