Classic 67-Layer Damascus with Rosewood

The Xinzuo B13R Yu Series pairs 67-layer Damascus steel with warm rosewood handles for a blade that balances beauty and performance. The 10Cr15CoMoV core is vacuum heat-treated to HRC 60, providing excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance for everyday kitchen use. With 15 knife types available — from a compact 3.5-inch paring knife to a 10-inch bread knife — the Yu Series is one of the most complete Damascus collections in the Xinzuo range. The flowing Damascus pattern on each blade is unique, created through the layering process during forging.
