The blade is forged from 67 layers of Damascus steel around a 10Cr15CoMoV core, hardened to 60±2 HRC and ground to 15° per side. The narrow, slightly flexible profile glides through roasts, hams and poultry where a wider chef knife would tear or stall. Full-tang construction runs into a rosewood handle for balance through the cut.
