6" Carving Fork - Elegant Series (B38L)
The Elegant Series carving fork, forged to match its carving knife. Two long tines anchor a roast, bird or ham so the carver pulls clean, even slices without the meat shifting. The tines are made from the same 67-layer Damascus clad over a 10Cr15CoMoV core as the Elegant knives, set into a full-tang Linen Micarta handle for a steady, balanced grip carving after carving.

Reach for this when the roast comes out of the oven and needs to be carved without the whole joint rocking around on the board. A carving fork does one thing: keeps the meat still while the knife does the work. Two tines in the right place and you're slicing clean instead of chasing a leg of lamb across the bench while your guests are waiting.
Control While You Carve
The two long tines anchor a Christmas ham, a rolled pork shoulder, or a whole roast chicken without slipping or tearing the meat. They're spaced to give you a stable, two-point hold, so the joint doesn't rock forward when your carving knife pushes through. The tines are built from the same 10Cr15CoMoV high-carbon stainless core used across the Elegant Series, vacuum heat-treated to 60-62 HRC and wrapped in 67 layers of Damascus cladding. At that hardness, they stay true under the pressure of a dense lamb shoulder without flexing over time.
Linen Micarta Handle, Full-Tang
The handle matches the rest of the Elegant Series: linen Micarta composite that won't swell or crack near moisture. When you're carving at the table in front of guests, the fork and carving knife look like a set. Full-tang construction runs the steel all the way through the handle, so there's no flex point where the tines meet the grip. You get the force you need at the tip without anything shifting.

The Other Half of a Clean Carve
A good carve is two hands working together. The knife does the cutting; the fork does the holding. This 6-inch two-tine fork sinks into the roast and keeps it still while you draw the blade, so each slice lands flat and even instead of tearing. Same Elegant Series build as the knife it pairs with — 67-layer Damascus tines over a 10Cr15CoMoV core, set in a full-tang Linen Micarta handle that stays balanced in the hand.

WHY IT MATTERS
Steady Meat, Cleaner Slices
Carving against a fork beats carving against tongs or fingers. The two tines bite in and hold the joint locked while the knife moves, so you carve with control and keep your other hand well clear of the edge. Built to last: the tines are vacuum heat-treated and deep-frozen to 60±2 HRC, and the whole fork carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

HOW TO USE IT
Anchor, Then Carve
Press both tines into the thickest part of the roast, well back from where you are slicing. Hold firm pressure so the joint cannot rock, then carve with the knife in long, single strokes drawn toward you. For poultry, set the tines either side of the breastbone to steady the carcass. The 6-inch tines reach into a large roast or ham without crowding the board. Pair it with the matching Elegant Series carving knife for a complete set.
LOOKING AFTER IT
Hand-Wash and Dry
Hand-wash only — not dishwasher safe. Wash in warm soapy water after use, rinse, and dry the tines and handle straight away rather than leaving it to air-dry. The Linen Micarta handle is stable and low-maintenance; an occasional wipe of food-safe mineral oil over the tines keeps the Damascus looking its best. Store it alongside its carving knife, not loose in a drawer where the tines can knock about.
FAQs
What is this carving fork for?
It steadies a roast, bird or ham while you carve, so the meat stays still and each slice comes off clean and even. It is the holding half of a carving set, paired with a carving knife.
Does it match a specific knife?
Yes. It is built in the Elegant Series (B38L) to pair with the matching Elegant Series carving knife — same 67-layer Damascus, same 10Cr15CoMoV core, same Linen Micarta handle.
What are the tines made from?
67-layer Damascus clad over a 10Cr15CoMoV high-carbon stainless steel core, vacuum heat-treated and deep-frozen to 60±2 HRC, with a full tang running through the Linen Micarta handle.
How long are the tines?
The fork has 6-inch (15 cm) tines, long enough to anchor a large roast or ham without crowding the carving board.
Is it dishwasher safe?
No. Hand-wash in warm soapy water and dry straight away. The dishwasher will dull and damage the finish.
Where is it made?
Forged in Yangjiang, Guangdong Province, China — a city known for its knife-making — and backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
