WHY A MAGNETIC STRIP
A block hides your knives and dulls them in the slots. A drawer chips edges and buries the one you want. This walnut strip holds everything in plain sight, lets edges hang free, and adds nothing to your bench footprint. Two rows of magnets give a firm grip across the full 400mm, enough for a working line-up of chef, santoku, paring and the metal tools in between.

Two ways to fit it. The included high-strength 3M adhesive tape gives a clean, no-drill install on a tiled or painted wall. Prefer a permanent fix, or hanging a full load of heavier knives? Use the rear brackets to screw or nail it into the wall instead. Hang each knife spine-down so the edge sits clear of the timber, and you can pull a blade off one-handed.
CARE
Walnut is real timber, so keep it dry. Wipe the face with a soft, barely-damp cloth and dry it off. Never soak it or run it through the dishwasher. If the grain starts to look thirsty, a light coat of food-safe mineral or cutting-board oil will refresh the finish and protect the wood for years.
