Dylan runs Xinzuo Australia from Wacol, Queensland, with his wife. He is the official Australian distributor for both Xinzuo and Hezhen kitchen knives, working directly with the manufacturing team in Yangjiang, China.
Dylan brings over 15 years of e-commerce experience in product sourcing and brand building. That background taught him how to evaluate manufacturing quality, build supply chains, and cut through marketing noise to find products that actually deliver.
He has visited the Xinzuo factory in Yangjiang multiple times, walking the production line from raw steel billets through to final edge sharpening. He has tested every knife in the range personally, from the entry-level starter knives through to the premium professional chef knives.
