Knife Roll Draw: Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter. Tollemache Group Pty Ltd (ABN 95 683 886 535) trading as Xinzuo Australia, 59 Nashos Place, Wacol QLD 4076. Contact: support@xinzuo.com.au. By entering, you accept these terms.

2. Promotion periods. There are three separate draws. All times are Brisbane time (AEST, UTC+10).

Entries only count for the draw whose period they are made in. They do not carry over to another draw.

3. Who can enter. Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter, people at any agency involved in running this promotion or the draw, and their immediate families, can't enter.

4. How to enter. During a promotion period, enter your email address in the Knife Roll Draw sign-up form on xinzuo.com.au and agree to receive marketing emails from Xinzuo Australia. Entry is free and no purchase is needed. Buying something does not give you an entry or improve your chance.

5. Limits. One entry per email address per draw. Extra entries from the same address in the same period are ignored. We may exclude entries where one person uses several email addresses, automated tools or false details to get extra entries. An entry is made when our email system records the form submission inside the promotion period.

6. Unsubscribing. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Your entry still counts.

7. The prize. Each draw has one prize: one Xinzuo Premium Leather Vintage Knife Roll Bag (SKU XZ-FB-CSB), brown, 16oz waxed canvas with full-grain leather straps, handle and flap, 12 pockets including 10 knife slots. Knives are not included. Value A$139.95 including GST (its regular retail price on xinzuo.com.au). Total value of all prizes: A$419.85 including GST. The prize is delivered free to an address in Australia. It can't be exchanged for cash or transferred.

8. The draw. Each draw is held at 59 Nashos Place, Wacol QLD 4076 at the date and time in clause 2. The winner is chosen at random by a computer random number generator from all valid entries for that period. Every valid entry has an equal chance. The draw is recorded and witnessed.

9. Telling the winner. We will email the winner at the entry address within 2 business days of the draw. To claim, the winner replies with their full name, phone number and an Australian delivery address. We may ask for ID to confirm age and identity.

10. Publishing the result. The winner's first name, last initial and state are published at xinzuo.com.au/pages/knife-roll-draw from the business day after the draw for at least 28 days.

11. Unclaimed prizes. If the winner has not claimed by the claim time in clause 2, or is not eligible, they forfeit the prize and we redraw at the same place at the redraw time in clause 2. The new winner is emailed within 2 business days and has 14 days to claim. If that prize is also unclaimed, we redraw at 11:00am on the next business day after that claim deadline, and so on until the prize is claimed.

12. Delivery. We send the prize within 28 days of the draw (or redraw) that the winner won in, at no cost to the winner. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we will provide a prize of equal or greater value. Otherwise we will only substitute the prize if the winner agrees in writing.

13. Changes. We can only change, suspend or cancel this promotion if something outside our reasonable control stops it running fairly, and then only with the approval of any authority that requires it.

14. Disqualification. We may disqualify entries that break these terms, and entries made by fraud or tampering.

15. Your rights. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. We are not responsible for entries that are not received because of technical problems outside our reasonable control.

16. Privacy. Tollemache Group Pty Ltd (Xinzuo Australia) collects your email address to run this draw and, as you agreed when you entered, to send you Xinzuo marketing emails (new knives, care tips and offers) until you unsubscribe. If you win, we also collect your name, phone and delivery address to send the prize, and we publish your first name, last initial and state. Without an email address you can't enter. We store and send emails with Klaviyo and run our store on Shopify, so your information may be stored and processed overseas, including in the United States and Canada. We don't use entrant information for any other purpose. Our Privacy Policy (xinzuo.com.au/policies/privacy-policy) explains how to access or correct your information and how to complain.

17. Records. We keep entry and draw records for at least five years.

18. Other. This promotion is not run, sponsored or endorsed by Meta, Google, Klaviyo or Shopify. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland.
