The blades are hardened to 60±2 HRC using vacuum heat treatment and a deep-freeze cycle.
The straight-edged knives are sharpened to 15° per side.
It came from a one-off parcel of genuine Xinzuo Amazon Australia stock. We do not plan to restock it after this batch sells through.
Yes. The lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects still applies.
No. Hand wash each blade and dry it promptly. Dishwasher heat and detergent can damage the edge and handle.
Sharpen on a whetstone when the edge stops biting cleanly. A 1000/6000 grit combination stone is suitable for routine home sharpening and polishing.
