If we confirm a manufacturing fault, we’ll repair or replace the knife at no cost. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care and commercial use aren’t covered. To make a claim, email support@xinzuo.com.au with your purchase details and photos of the issue. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unchanged.
