I purchased a paring knife and a chef's knife. Great. Japanese knives, bought for their Japanese quality. The knives arrived promptly in the mail. I opened the package and the first thing I read on the box, was that the knives were in was 'Made in China'. That was so dissapointing. I specifically searched the web for Japanese knives. Are all of the knives listed on your website made in China? Transparency is key, so that customers know what they are buying.

Bought this for my partners birthday along with engravings for each knife. First impression; the packaging is gorgeous. Both boxes are so beautiful and we've kept them aside. The knives are also stunning. The scissors are some of the coolest I've ever seen - better for smaller hands though. My partner find them a little awkward to hold. Love the bottomless design of the knife block too, the knives aren't snug in there and do rattle around though.
Knives came spine shuttering sharp. I mean it. Be so careful with these bad boys. They have care instructions too which is perfect ! Very light. Very easy to hold and move around. The made in china print being on the handle was something we did knit pick about a little bit as the font and design looks a little strange on such a gorgeous set, but it's ok.
All in all - very pleased. This is a stunning set designed with love. Thankyou so much !
