No. The saya is an accessory only and ships without a knife. It is made to protect a paring knife you already own.
It is sized for the Xinzuo Yi Series paring and petty knives (B27, also listed as B9), with a blade of about 11-13 cm. Measure your blade before ordering.
A magnet built into the spine grips the blade and holds it inside the sheath, so the edge stays off the wood. There is no pin, clip or strap.
Ash wood, with the magnet set internally. Larger Xinzuo sheaths use walnut, but this paring model is ash.
