WHY THIS ROLL
Eight separated slots stop blade-on-blade contact, the main cause of chips and rolled edges in a shared knife bag. The scissor slot and zip pocket keep your shears, sharpener or peeler from rattling loose against your knives. HOW TO USE
Slide each knife into its own slot — slots fit blades up to roughly 14 cm of slot length, so they suit chef, santoku, nakiri, slicers and most working knives. Stow scissors in the scissor slot and small tools in the zip pocket. Roll from one end and secure for transport. Open flat on the bench when you arrive and your full kit is laid out in front of you.
CARE
Wipe the canvas and leather clean with a damp cloth and let it air-dry fully before rolling and storing — never machine wash. Store empty knives dry to protect both the blades and the bag. Crazy-horse leather marks and softens over time; an occasional leather conditioner keeps the hide supple. Keep the roll out of prolonged damp.
