THE STEEL

The cutting core is 10Cr15CoMoV, hardened to 60±2 HRC through vacuum heat treatment and a deep-freeze cycle for a stable, lasting edge. Around it sit 67 forged layers of Damascus clad in 316L stainless, acid-etched into a New Water Wave black titanium stonewash pattern. Hard enough to hold a fine carving edge, tough enough to slice service after service.
