Yes. Each knife is forged from 67 layers of Damascus steel over a 10Cr15CoMoV core, hardened to 60±2 HRC with vacuum heat treatment and deep freeze.
Every knife is ground to 15° per side and runs full tang with a Rosewood handle, triple-riveted including a decorative mosaic medallion rivet.
The included block is Acacia wood, made to keep the set on the bench. The kitchen scissors are 3Cr14 stainless steel.
No. The knives are hand-wash only to protect the Damascus finish, the edge and the Rosewood handles.
They are made in Yangjiang, Guangdong Province, China, and carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
