2-Piece Knife Set (8" Chef + 5" Utility) - Lan Series (B37)
The Lan Series two-piece set pairs the two knives a kitchen reaches for most: an 8" chef for the bulk of the prep, and a 5" utility for the smaller, in-hand jobs. Both blades are forged from 73-layer Damascus over a 14Cr14MoVNb powder-steel core, set into olive-wood handles with copper flower rivets. Hardened to 62±2 HRC and ground to 15° per side. Hand-polished, gift-boxed, and backed by a lifetime warranty.
