The cutting core is 10Cr15CoMoV, a high-carbon stainless steel, hardened to 60±2 HRC through vacuum heat treatment and a deep-freeze cycle for edge stability. Around it sit 67 forged layers of Damascus over a 316L stainless cladding, finished in a black titanium water-wave stonewash. The result is a blade that holds a keen edge, resists corrosion and shows a genuine acid-etched wave pattern, not a print.
