No. It is solid German 1.4116 (X50CrMoV15) stainless monosteel, there is no Damascus pattern and no cladding. It is a corrosion-resistant, easy-to-maintain stainless blade.
56–58 HRC, set by vacuum heat treatment. That gives a tough, forgiving edge that holds well for slicing and re-hones quickly.
