Anonymous This is a nice butchers cleaver, looks great, well made and well finished . Has a good weight and length, the edge is perfect for cutting through bone, probably 25 deg per side. Not for slicing carrots or sweet potato.
Goes through chickens like butter.
A great addition to your kitchen knife collection.
