We've just added 94 new knives, sets, and accessories to the Xinzuo Australia range — the biggest single expansion to our catalogue since launch. If you've browsed before and found a gap, this is where to start.
This release fills in the missing categories across every series: Chinese and butcher's cleavers in Master, Elegant, Pin, Lan, Ji, and Yu for the first time. Fillet, steak, cheese, frozen, Viking, and sakimaru blades round out the specialty range. We've also completed the 2-piece, 3-piece, and 5-piece matched sets across eight series.
All new pieces share the same construction as the rest of the range — high-carbon steel cores, Damascus cladding on premium series, hand-finished in Yangjiang.
